Hello! I have put together a tutorial on my real estate editing process. Of course, not everybody uses the same techniques and processes, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

Real estate videography is really fun once you get the hang of it!

My settings are as follows:

ISO- I try to keep my ISO at the base (640 or 12800). This ensures the least amount of noise in my clips. The A7siii has dual native ISO, meaning it has two base ISO's with the least amount of noise.

Shutter Speed- I keep shutter speed at double my recording frame rate or 120.

Frame Rate- 60fps, interpreted down to either 30 or 24 (Depending on client needs)

Aperture- The sharpest aperture for the lens I use (Laowa 12mm) is 5.6-8.

I record all of my footage at 4k to prevent loss during upload to various platforms.
