Our story narrates a complex and stressful relationship between a young engineer and his wife, Betul, a loyal, sensitive, and suffering woman. The engineer leaves his wife and children for a few days for an unknown and vague reasons; The same ignorance, silence, and its absence, makes the heart of Betul full of fear, doubt, and pessimism. A woman whose all her support, the man of her life, is now lonely with a few sick children.

During this difficult time, Betul has to take his children to the doctor, tolerate the pain of the children and the stress of life, and to swallow his tears in silence.
