For this episode of Electronic Beats Blind Test series we dive into the deep end of Drum & Bass, exploring the phenomena of the Liquid sub-genre which came into prominence in the early 2000’s. Tim Reaper stepped in to deliver a killer track selection and our participants this time round are a blend of D&B royalty. Firstly DJ, radio presenter and exponent of forward thinking D&B styles, DJ Flight, Brazilian virtuoso DJ Marky, Exit Records and Bad Company member D-Bridge, Irish artist and Calibre, 4 Hero and Alix Perez collaborator, Zero T, Kokeshi label owner Alley Cat and Swedish Secret Operations boss Seba. Tune in to find out how they got on and as always join in the fun and see how many you can guess yourself.

Please note that this video is not filmed in real time. It’s edited to create some tension so that you in front of the screen can guess as well. It doesn’t say anything about how fast the participants recognised the track etc.

All contestants receive one point for both artist and title correct, but only half a point if they can only guess the artist or the title.
