Stafford guitars were made by the esteemed Terada company exclusively for Kurosawa Music stores in Japan. They made a range of exclusive and high-end solid body and semi-hollow guitars to exacting specifications and delivering a combination of stunning beauty and exceptional performance.
The body is a little smaller than a full 335 style offering added comfort while retaining the full sound that we know and love from semi-hollow guitars. Weighing in a 2.9kg it's easy to hold & use.
This model produced in the 90's by [Stafford] by Kurosawa Gakki. Made by Terada Musical Instruments. Although it is a semi-acoustic guitar, the center block is only on the top side, and the back side is hollow. There is a crack in the paint at the base of the neck

FAB is the full hollow model with bracing and small v-block under the top, although they refer to it as a semi. They refer to it as FAB 1200 at 120K yen and it is spec'd as having a Jacaranda fretboard.
