In the world of corporate real estate and facilities, the key stakeholders, HR ( Human Resources, IT and Corporate Real Estate (realtors) work independently of each other. But the pandemic created a need for these people to work together due to the shift in the way use space, how, when and where they work.
It also brought the need for the C level, the middle management level and the employees to re-imagine the role each one play in order to support the mission of the company and that the emerging trend is to work together in aligning what is productive for the company and their employees.
So, the main theme is to break down the silos or the mindset of thinking apart from each other. Hence, the sweetness of working together with a shared vision, discovering the intersection of one layer of the organization with the others.
