Here's how you make these addictive deep fried deviled eggs.

Ingredients:
- Fresh Eggs (including for egg wash)
- Mayo
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- Flour
- Panko Breadcrumbs
- Neutral Oil (for frying)

Step 1: Prepare Your Eggs
Hard boil your desired amount of eggs, cut in half, and add the yolks to a separate bowl.

Step 2: Make Your Filling
Into the yolks, add mayo, dijon mustard, garlic, salt & pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Mix until smooth and then add into a piping bag (or freezer bag) for later.

Step 3: Deep Fry Your Eggs
Into 3 separate bowls add some spiced flour, egg wash, and panko breadcrumbs. Dip your egg whites into the flour first, the egg wash second, and the panko last.

Heat your neutral oil to medium-high heat and drop in your egg whites. Cook for a couple of minutes, flipping halfway, before removing to cool on an wire rack.

Step 4: Add Your Filling
Carefully pipe your prepared filling into each egg and then garnish as desired before serving.

I could eat about a dozen of these in one sitting without breaking a sweat. This is definitely a recipe you need to be saving for later.
