Events taking place in today’s society are a reflection of what is happening within families.That’s the view of Clinical Services Director and Life Coach at Verdun and Marina House, Allison Gotip, who is urging parents to reach out for help if they feel overwhelmed or are struggling with coping mechanisms.
She suggests that parents tune into Family Fest, which features a series of online information sessions designed to support families in this regard.
