morning hike up Bohey Dulang_ tough climb for us senior citizens. Above 70 yrs old , must sign indemnity form .
600m up and 700 m down.
Fantastic view rewards the persistent , perservering hiker.
Took us 70 mins to the top, twice the duration the young ones took.
And the hike down was worse_ slippery, lack of stairs and steeper.
