"THE PRODIGY" have always been faithful to the spirit of uncompromising rave and did not deviate from the chosen course. Only once in 2004 did the band step back on their patented sound on the album Always outnumbered never outgunned. Probably because Liam Howlett recorded this album almost alone, while the rest of the band members were busy with solo projects. The album "Always outnumbered never outgunned" and now sounds like its time has not yet come. "It sounds disgusting, sexy, dirty and fresh," said Lyam Howlett, the composer and leader of THE PRODIGY, comfortingly.
The entire album consists of different compositions, which show a slower tempo, more electronic guitars and the presence of oriental motifs. And of course, a branded heavy beat, a recognizable powerful energy when your hand reaches for the volume control. In "Always outnumbered never outgunned" we will hear more vocals from invited guests: MS Kool Keith and singer Shanin Badar, popular English rapper Twista, soloist Liam Gallagher from "OASIS", famous Princess Superstar, punk band "PING PONG BITCHES", as well as quite an interesting creative alliance with Hollywood actress Juliette Lewis
