Arthur Dooley created many wonderful sculptures from scrap metal and fibre glass but is largely forgotten about. Speaking very prophetically here in 1972, on The Albert Dock in its dilapidated state, the scourge of high rise flats and one of his more famous pieces, The Black Christ statue. A real man of the people.
