► Queso cotija

► Chili powder
For the dressing
► 1/4 cup mayonnaise
► 1/3 cup sour cream
► 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo
► 1 tsp olive oil
► 2 grated garlic cloves
► 1 tbsp lime juice
