An all-time classic dessert that has something for everyone. Fresh, fruity and great with ice-cream too.

This week we are situated at the 160 BPM region. Kicking it off, we have Woodzy and EYES DNT LIE in the hot seat providing a range of styles, from Footwork to Leftfield Bass Music. We remain uptempo for the majority of the mix before more abstract and ambient flavors are steadily introduced. Lastly, in the final 45 minutes, I present to you the first volume of 'Logical Progressions', a selection of lo-fi and ambient flavors from the 90's Intelligent Jungle-era including tracks from prominent labels such as Good Looking and Hospital Records.
