Download it via our bandcamp at Mysterious meetings throughout time and space prompted Casselle & Miles to enlist classical violinist Steven Hosszu to create a 10 minute Trip House movement, at a bright studio in West London. Creating what is best described as DJ Sneak strolling into a club with Guido Schneider after listening to Boards of Canada in the car, 'Penetrate' manages to straddle the divide between club and home experiences by teasing its darkly blissful layers to you gradually. Each successive play prompts new insights into its complex chordal drops, subtle layers yet easily digested bassline, referencing a myriad of influences across decades of House & Techno.
With vocals by multi instrumentalist Andy Princz dancing around the track through various fx and studio trickery, it's a manifesto record for DJ Casselle, studio engineer Miles & their string plucking accomplice Hosszu.
