This is day 1 of me trying to compare regular food with Satvik food, which is prepared without using onion and garlic. Since the festive season is already knocking on our doors, the first festival being Navratri, I have decided to try out and compare the taste of various food items when prepared with and without using onion and garlic, as a lot of Hindus do not consume onion and garlic during the Navratri. In this video I have tried one of most popular desi Chinese dish, which is the combination of fried rice and Manchurian. Surprisingly both these dishes were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way.I had a great time trying out these food items.
