After spending a day, enjoying the tone of Cody Wyoming, it was time to move on and head out towards Jackson. To get there we had to cut through Yellowstone National Park. This worked out well because they were a few entrance roads that we did not get to experience last year. And we’re really glad that we did this timeOn last year‘s trip, we drove along Yellowstone Lake on the grand Loop, however, the view from the E. Entrance Rd. was so much better from up top on an 8000 foot overlook.
After exiting the park to the south, we enter the grand Tetons area which has some remarkable views. We didn’t officially go into the paid section of the park just the bypass. We will be experiencing the park more in depth over the next couple of days.
We arrived at our hotel in Jackson, Wyoming around 5 PM and relax for a little bit before heading out to dinner. We found a place called the snake river brewery and we absolutely enjoyed it.
