Is to focus on not making it worse.
Panic is anxiety about anxiety. Anxiety sensitivity. The catastrophic misinterpretation of what will happen if you’re anxious.
ANXIETY ABOUT ANXIETY.
Deep breathing. Meditation. Ice packs. None of that will help in the long term if you’re not also doing the crucial work of addressing your anxiety about anxiety.
Fix THAT problem. So the panic CAN’T happen.
