This is Day 4 of me trying to find out the best street food across all Indian states. So, in this video I’ll be preparing and trying out one of the most popular street food items in Maharashtra, Missal Pav. Now since, I was born and brought up in Delhi, I have a better understanding of the North Indian cuisine but I was not very familiar to cooking Marathi food items. That’s why I took the help of an AI integrated device that provided me with step by step instructions to prepare the famous Marathi missal quite easily. Now although, there are many other popular street food items of Maharashtra, including but not limited to Vada pav, pav bhaji and pani puri. I decided to prepare missal pav because of popular in relatively more areas of the state of Maharashtra as compared to the rest of these food items. Surprisingly, because of the help I got from technology, the dish turned out to be extremely flavourful and unique in its own way. I had a great time preparing and trying out this food item.
