He, a young fit man fell in love with a disabled girl who couldn't move without a wheelchair.
He took her to travel the country by bike and by foot. He promised to carve out a heart shape with his foot on the map. And he did. When they returned home, they got married, had a kid and started businesses but both their farm and the milk tea shop failed.
They now do livestreams and street vending to make money. It's not a lot but it helps them scrap by. They still have debts to pay. It's clear how much stress is on his shoulders. He's doing everything himself as his wife's condition has only gotten worse over time. Now she can't even control the muscles on her face.
He finally addressed the divorce rumor when interviewed. Apparently, it was just a joke. He said that he told his wife if she could recover entirely, he likes to go travel but would always come back to her. Since it's nearly impossible to cure her, he has no plans to up and leave her.
They still have a child together that he does most of the parenting for. While he sells food, she stick beside him. When asked if he would do it all over again, he said his actions says the answer louder than a yes. It's easy to blame him for even considering divorce as a joke but the immense stress on him everyday, he probably just wanted a break, even if it's a day.
He is trying to earn lots of money for more advance treatments. He hopes that one day his wife would be able to regain control of his limbs. He doesn't care whether it'd takes him 10 years to earn all the money he needed but he doesn't lose hope.
