Stepping away from the recent string of Lo Fi releases, ‘99’ is my next single that is more in line with the high energy displayed on ‘The Dukaan Freestyle’. The track begins with a reflection of the year 1999 - my first memory of going to the cinema with my mother. The movie being played was ‘Taal’ and many years later, Snehdeep (Sneh) helped flip a Taal sample on which I share my thoughts. This collaboration is part of 'The Ikath Collective'.
