It turned out all Boards of Canada…

Found a dusty old sample from @BlankFor_ms sample pack, Tape Haze, which is used as the main basis of this track. This layered with a pad from Peak.

For the beat, I dug up a break from the Ableton archives, then layered it with a basic 808 kit in the Digitakt. Additional textures are from the Digitone.
