In December of 2019 I spent my Christmas holiday traveling though Panama along with my good friend Joe.

On this day I went with a group tour to visit the Emberá Tribe, one of the 7 Indigenous tribes of Panama. The tribe live along the Chagres River which is just a 35 minute drive from the central city of Panama. We spent the day learning about their daily lives and ended with live entertainment of traditional music and dance.
