I never went to culinary school, but cooking was all I ever wanted to do. So, I took the kitchen jobs no one else wanted so I could be around like-minded people and learn from them.
If you have drive and passion for what you want, no one will be able to stop you.
Plus, when it comes to food, being able to taste the love is so important.
