
Ana builds traps not with force, but with understanding. Fast fish get deep tunnels and narrow throats. Bottom-dwellers find shaded bamboo crevices that look like home. The net dips just right where the stream slows, and the bamboo fences curve with the current, not against it. Even the sun is part of the plan: its angle, its warmth, the flicker of its light across the shallows. She sees it all. She feels it all.
