A few weeks ago, the US AFRICOM Commander, General Langley made an outrageous statement that sparked outrage in the hearts of every true Pan-African. He accused President Traore of using Burkina Faso’s gold for his protection. We are pretty sure that Langley never knew that this statement would make him the worst enemy of Africans. But that is exactly what happened. Now, a few days ago Langley paid a visit to Kenya for the annual African Chief of Defence Conference. After the conference, he had a private interview, where he attempted to clarify his statement about Traore. In today's video, we are going to analyze his statement and what he truly meant about President Traore and the African continent.
Before we dive into General Langley’s interview, we want to ask a very simple question “When will African countries learn to do things by themselves? Why do African countries have to depend on the West for everything? The reason we are asking these questions is because of the annual African Chief of Defence Conference. You see, the first time we heard about this conference, we thought it was a conference organized by perhaps the African Union to discuss and collaborate on security issues across the continent. However, further research revealed that this conference has been organized by US AFRICOM every year since 2017.
