The difference between Hang 2. 0 and 3.0 is that newer version have more levels of velocity 8 levels of sound that make sound more realistic

Dr Tikov was lucky enough to meet one day on streets of Barcelona city the inventors of Hang instruments

Kalimba VSTi is based on samples of real African percussion instrument made of steel called Kalimba). It has 6 layers of velocity so you can feel some natural sound of kalimba out of your speakers We also added Analog drift control to add analog touch to samples or to create new vibrato effects.
Glockenspiel VSTi is based on samples of real percussion instrument made of steel called Glockenspiel (Metallofone).
It has 8 layers of velocity, so you can feel some natural sound of Glockenspiel in your studio
Glockenspiel Vsti was created by Dr Tikov with samples made of real instrument
It was sampled from note G4 and 2 octaves up. With this VSTi you can create also Bell like type of sounds low notes that can be useful in some projects.
When you use Glockenspiel VSTi probably it’s good idea to add a little bit more middle frequencies. it depends on mix of course.
You can also add analog drift vibration to create Vibraphone type of sound effect if necessary

Steeldrum Vsti was created by Dr Tikov with samples of steel drum from Trinidad and Tobago.
Original notes that were sampled are in diapason C3 F4
Lower and higher note sounds less realistic but still useful
When you use Steeldrum VSTi probably it’s good idea to add a little bit more middle frequencies. It depends on taste, of course.
