To coincide with their release 'Smooth Sweet Talker' we sat down with Young Pulse & Fleur De Mur at HQ to talk about the release.

Parisian producer Young Pulse collaborates with London artist Fleur De Mur for 'Smooth Sweet Talker', a sparkling disco release on Glitterbox. The two share a reverence for disco and its many sub-genres; Young Pulse's energetic sets and remixes encompass everything from boogie and house to funk and nu disco while Fleur De Mur specialises in serving familiar yet fresh disco vocals alongside sleek songwriting. 'Smooth Sweet Talker' is a love letter to classic disco with all the bells and whistles; Fleur's vocalisations and distinct spoken word sections punctuate quintessential bass guitar licks courtesy of Brooklyn's J. Kriv, brass instrumentation and striking string runs all giving that throwback feel.
