On July 10, 2016, police lieutenant Magomed Nurbagandov heroically died in Dagestan. Not afraid of terrorists, in the face of death, he addressed all his fellow officers with the words that became known to the whole country: "Work, brothers!" For the whole of Dagestan, for the whole country, he became a hero. Because he knew how to boldly and directly tell the bandits that they are not the masters of life today, and the masters are those who live on this earth. The film tells about the heroism of the policeman from the Dagestan village of Sergokala and how his deed resonated in the hearts of the people.
