▶️Ingredients:
✔ water 250 ml (warm)
✔ sugar 1 tsp
✔ yeast 1 tsp.
✔ 500 grams of flour
✔ 1,5 tsp. salt
✔ 20 ml butter
▶️Cooking:
✔ Pour water into a bowl.
✔ Add the sugar and yeast
✔ Stir and let stand for five minutes.
✔ Pour salt into the flour.
✔ Stir to mix.
✔ Pour water and yeast into flour.
✔ Then add butter.
✔ Stir to mix.
✔ Knead dough with your hands.
✔ Cover with cling film.
✔ Allow to stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
✔ Divide into two portions.
✔ Heat a cauldron and cover.
✔ Stretch the dough into a layer with your hands.
✔ Moisten with water.
✔ Place it on top of the lid.
✔ Make notches in the center.
✔ Brush with oil.
✔ Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
✔ Cover cauldron.
✔ Cook for fifteen minutes.
