Rating Polish Food! 🇵🇱 Polish cuisine is highly underrated, in my opinion. Here are five of the most famous foods from this beautiful country!
The only thing I really don’t like is zapiekanka. I believe there are many variations of it, but I’ve only ever tried the classic version with cheese and mushrooms. Honestly, I find it a bit boring.
Pierogi, on the other hand, are amazing—basically Polish dumplings. They come in all kinds of varieties. You can get savory fillings like meat, or even sweet ones with fruit for dessert.
Poland is also well known for its soups. The chicken soup I had, called rosół, was incredible. And if you get it at a bar mleczny, it’s super cheap too!
Definitely get it with a side of potato pancakes. I had mine with cheese and cranberries—such a great combination.
And finally, the greatest delicacy of all… the Żabka hot dog.
It really doesn’t get any better than that.
