Yes, this tone is the good old SuperFuzz SF300. After all these years it still keeps surprising me :)
Haven't really used the boost setting on the Behringer SuperFuzz sf300 much. But yesterday when messing around with the pedal I got a really nice FAT square wave tone when using the boost function with the Orange CR120 dirty channel. Usually use this pedal for stoner/sludge/doom metal riffage, but I have discovered that it's good for lead stuff too.
