Dr Ian Kearns is the UK and Europe Director at Marinus Analytics, a leading AI, open-source, and data analytics company that supports law enforcement, government, financial services, and hospitality sector clients in the fight against human trafficking. Before this, he was the co-founder and the first Director of the European Leadership Network (ELN), a distinguished organisation comprising former and current senior political, military, and diplomatic figures from across the continent, dedicated to promoting cooperative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing security challenges. Dr Kearns has provided strategic advice, speech-writing, and consultancy support to a wide array of organisations and high-profile individuals, including a former UK Prime Minister, a Leader of the Opposition, the UK Cabinet Office, and the Home Office. He also served as a specialist adviser to the UK’s joint House of Commons/House of Lords Committee on National Security Strategy.
