Here is my "Mostly Helpful" DIY for Koni Yellow and Ground control coilovers.
***road review coming in a day or so!

I show how to adapt ground control spring seats to normal Koni Yellow shocks. This is necessary if you just get the Regular Koni Yellows and not the ground control specific ones.
The coilovers I got have Eibach springs.

I dont show the rear spring install. To remove the old spring, detach rear shock and lower the control arm as far as you can and the old spring will pop out. Then attach bottom ground control spring seat to control arm, and line up new spring, then raise control arm. Removing the old spring is a bit of a pain, be patient and be careful.
