In this video, I share how I was able to increase my Pen to 90%. This is a response to a common question that I get in-game and in YT.

Here's a quick summary of how to raise Pen%:
- Upgrade Pen% in Guild Blessing
- Royal Guard has a +5% Pen skill (Spear Thrust LVL 15)*
- Get Zherlthsh (2% Pen) or other pet with Pen% bonus.
- Get right side equips with Pen% (Mostly Blue Gacha - but there are a few F2P friendly ones)
- Get Oracle Mirror Extract: Combustible Knife
- Get Left side equipment with Pen% (+15 Perseverance Armor)
- Get Pen% enchants (I'm trying to get one for my offhand...)
- Upgrade Pen% advanced rune

*Spear Thrust LVL 15 eats up a lot of skill points which you can use to up other skills that can help you survive longer.

Note that 90% Pen can be a bit overkill when dealing with lower-tier targets, But it may still be lacking when dealing with high tier targets that have high damage reduc. It'll be up to you to balance your Pen% and damage gear.
