With metronome i still suck :D but thanks for the recommendations, i was always lazy to turn it on and i guess i actually need it. I still need some practice with it and here is a video of me finally using it. Some black metal riffs 130-250 bpm. Few off tempo fails and mistakes but hey, i actually tried..Check my other vids:
