Meena Salem loves numbers. She was born in Bombay, North India, and studied in Chennai, South India, where she graduated with a degree in Mathematics. One of her first jobs when she arrived in the U.S. was Quality Control Analyst for Cintra. Today, she is the Director of Toll Operation Systems where, together with her team, she makes sure drivers have a safe and reliable travel experience on Ferrovial’s highways.

In this episode, she shares her professional and personal journey and explains how a toll road is monitored.
