2️⃣ Neck Stretch: Gently reach and pull your head toward one shoulder, using the opposite hand to press slightly outward. Breathe into the stretch, then switch sides. Release the tension and let it go.
3️⃣ Forward Fold: Inhale, reach up, then exhale and fold forward, releasing tension in your shoulders, arms, and head. Give your head a gentle nod 'yes' and 'no' to loosen up. Take a few breaths, then slowly roll back up to stand tall.
