"I Walk The Line" was originally recorded and released by Johnny Cash in 1956 and became his first number 1 hit. The Man In Black had originally intended for the song to be a ballad, but was persuaded to give it more of a "boom-chicka" feel by his producer. Obviously that worked out pretty well, but this version is what *might* have been in an alternate timeline. See ya soon!
