Former Secret Service agent Tim Miller has joined Sky News Australia to discuss the assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump. Mr Miller said there were “quite a few failures” from the Secret Service.
“On the one hand you saw the absolute best of the secret service, you saw the detail that was protecting Trump, spring into action, couldn’t have gone any better and was able to get him up,” Mr Miller told Sky News Australia.
On the opposite side the advance peace which arguably is the most important piece was an abysmal failure, we missed some key things that should have never been missed.”
