A lime plaster was required to get the levels on the wall right as the old plaster had just fallen off the bottom of the wall. This wall will then get a finishing coat of plaster and once that is done it can be painted and then we can put the floor in. There is a bit more to do under the stairs with a trap door required for access to the basement, some steps built to get down there, and some plasterboard on the walls under the stairs. This space is really key to the house functioning well for us. Currently coats and shoes and other stuff is everywhere and the house is just a mess because of it.
