Would you eat at a restaurant that didn't have a menu?
Personally, if I went to a place and was told that the chef was going to feed me 7 courses that they'd selected, I'd be in heaven.
The society that we live in encourages people to be picky, but that is so disheartening for a chef who has spent hours and hours developing their dishes.
Do me a favor, and do yourselves a favor— try the food how it's meant to be prepared. If you don't like it, at least you can say that you gave it a shot.
