I'd been dreaming a few things, like the roof and vents of our kitchen falling in and being out and about with friends in Liverpool, then I dreamt I was at work in the shop and Mark Radcliffe was there saying he'd just been on Radio 1 and asking why I didn't listen to the station anymore, was I listening to Radio 2 instead? This song was playing.

In real life I'd had a bad night's sleep after coming home from work fatigued that day, and I sort of dreamt this same song, or thereabouts, with different words another two or three times but I was too tired to get out of bed and tape it again. I also dreamt we were listening to 'Night Shift' by The Commodores but that was almost exactly in the manner the song does go.
