This video was taken while on a hike near the McKenzie River in Oregon during the month of October, just as the leaves are turning and starting to fall. I decided to take a few minutes and listen to the sounds of this beautiful river.
The sounds of nature soothe and relax the mind and allow for more restful sleep, deeper focus, and a feeling of mindfulness and calm. Listen with headphones at work, or play quietly in the background during meditation, reading, or yoga. Nature sounds and white noise can gently soothe babies, children, and adults with insomnia into deep, restorative sleep.
