That “do something now or else” feeling?
Yeah—been there. Recently.

And in that moment, I had a choice:
Let OCD call the shots again…
Or hold the line.

So I paused.
I filled in the blank:
“I want to be the type of person who stays grounded even when my brain’s freaking out.”

And then—I acted like it. Even when it felt hard. Especially when it felt hard.
