Here is a chase of the UP LOA11 Avon Local from Berkeley to Avon, CA running on the Martinez Subdivision with a pair of Ex-SSW/Cotton Belt GP60s UP 1004 and 1005 leading.

We begin in Berkeley where we see a UP and Amtrak Capitol Corridor train before the local flies by northbound coming from Oakland Yard, then seeing it pass by the scenic spot of Hercules before catching its arrival into Avon. Without any accessible shot into the refinery at Avon, we wait at Martinez for its return trip, where a couple more trains pass by before the local proceeds back south. We catch it one more time in Richmond where we wrap up this short, but full chase. Thanks for watching!
