
This is one of my favorite combos to support a healthy gut. Packed with Vitamin C and fiber, kiwifruit from Chile add a delicious and nutritious boost to your smoothies, making them perfect for busy mornings. 1 kiwi has 120% Daily requirement for vitamin C.
Here’s what you need:
3 @fruitsfromchile kiwi 🥝
3 dates, pitted
1 cup spinach
1 banana 🍌
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup apple juice 🍎
When you’re ready for your smoothie, just pop 3-4 cubes out of the tray and blend them with 1/2-3/4 cup of liquid of choice (water, milk, juice, etc).
Done! Now you’re not stuck going through the whole smoothie process every day. 💪🏽
