When Vita Pictura was thinking of creating the brand new series of documentaries with musicians and producers from around the world called VP MEETS, one of the first choices was Dub FX, an international artist whose rise to fame began way back in the late 2000’s on YouTube.

Dub FX’s use of loop pedals and conscious lyrics proved so popular in the early days of YouTube, that the recordings of his street performances gained hundreds of millions of views worldwide, making him one of the first YouTube music stars.

Fifteen years later, the DUB FX | DOCUMENTARY | VP MEETS was born, where the man himself speaks about his music journey around the world, his views on music-making and much more. The film includes footage shot throughout the last six years on his European tours and the interview that was shot in Estonia.
