Ian Curnow tells us that the famous "tugboat" sound in "It's My Life" was played by Tim Friese-Green on an OB-X. I don't have an OB-X, but I have an OB-Xa in the studio. Gets pretty, pretty close.
Patch notes:
Set OB-Xa in manual mode.
Values are given in " o' clock" mode of the pots, that is:
Look at the pots as if they were a clock face.
For example:
7 (o' clock) is off / minimum setting of the pot.
5 (o' clock) is maximum setting of the pot.
noon is half setting of the pot.

Osc 2 Detune: 1 and 1/2 o' clock

off (seven o' clock)

Osc 1 frequency: 7 o' clock (minimum setting)
Osc 1 waveform: saw
Pulse Width: off (seven o' clock)
Osc 2 frequency: 7 o' clock (minimum setting)
Osc 2 waveform: saw

FILTER:
Frequency: noon
Resonance: off (seven o' clock)
Modulation: noon

Of course, being the OB series analog synths, you might have to tweak
some parameters a bit to make it sound closer to the original.
This should be in the ballpark.
