
TAKE:
🔹 dough: 3 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp water, 1 egg
🔹 minced pork and beef 700 gr
🔹 onion 1 pc
🔹 spices: salt, dry garlic, black pepper, nutmeg
🔹 sour cream 2 tbsp
🔹 flour 1 tbsp
WE DO:
✅ knead a tough dough for dumplings with sifted flour, salt to taste, a glass of water and an egg
✅ mix minced meat with salt, garlic, pepper to taste and finely chopped onion, beat well
✅ Roll out the dough like on dumplings in a thin layer using a rolling pin and spread the minced meat 1-1.5 cm high, twist the roll, pin along the seam and cut into 2-4 cm pieces
✅ tightly put the dumplings in a greased dish and pour water mixed with sour cream, nutmeg, flour and salt, on top of any cheese if desired
✅ bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes
At a temperature of 200-220 degrees
* such dumplings can be frozen, cooked in a double boiler, added to soup or stewed in a vegetable dressing
