Former Victorian Liberal Party President Michael Kroger says Kamala Harris “will be the candidate” but there are rumours Michelle Obama could step forward.

“She will be the candidate, there is a very, very small chance it will be Michelle Obama,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“There is a small chance she will run, but Obama would know Harris is a goose.”
