GM Koneru Humpy, who drew her first game, struck back with a win against IM Klaudia Kulon to advance to Round 4. IM Divya Deshmukh, after winning Game 1 of R-3 , secured her Round 4 spot with a solid draw in Game 2 ( R-3).
IM Vantika Agrawal, who defeated GM Kateryna Lagno in Game 1 of R-3, suffered a tough loss today and will now face Lagno in the tiebreaks. GM Harika Dronavalli and GM Vaishali Rameshbabu drew their games against IM Stavroula Tsolakidou and IM Carissa Yip respectively.
